30 --Certain Chevrolet Impala, Malibu & Pontiac G6 equipped
w/3.5L engine & 4T45/4T65 A/T will not clear TCM I/M Test DTCs that
are stored, even after problem has been repaired. I/M Test DTCs
cannot be cleared by a scan tool & will only clear when diagnostic
that stored DTC has confirmed that problem has been repaired. Stored
I/M Test DTCs discovered during a vehicle emission test may cause
a vehicle to fail or be rejected from the test. Source: GM Service
