Chevrolet Cobalt Service & Repair Manual: Wheel R&R

1. Raise and support the vehicle.
2. Remove the wheel center cap, if equipped.
3. Remove the wheel center cap nuts, if equipped.
4. Remove the wheel nuts.
5. Remove the tire and wheel assembly.
6. Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
  a. Hand start the wheel nuts, Fig. 1.
  b. Torque wheel nuts in the proper sequence to 100 ft. lbs.
