Refer to Fig. 1
when performing the following procedure. |
1. |
Place a collecting pan underneath the
oil filter. |
2. |
Use tool No. EN-44887 to remove the
oil filter cap (1) and seal, Fig. 1. |
3. |
Remove and properly dispose of the
oil filter insert (2), Fig. 1. |
5. |
Place a collecting pan underneath the
oil drain plug. |
6. |
Remove the oil drain plug (1) and seal
(2), Fig. 1. |
7. |
Reverse procedure to install, noting
the following: |

a. |
Torque oil drain plug to 18
ft. lbs. |
|
b. |
Torque oil filter cap to 18
ft. lbs. |
