Chevrolet Cobalt Service & Repair Manual: Windshield Washer Switch R&R

Refer to Fig. 1 when performing following procedure.
1. Remove instrument panel center trim panel.
2. Remove steering column trim covers, Fig. 2.
3. Remove windshield wiper and washer switch, then disconnect electrical connectors.
4. Reverse procedure to install. Torque steering column trim cover bolt to 18 inch lbs.
