Removal

Disable Supplemental Inflatable Restraint
(SIR) system. |
2. |
Disconnect battery ground cable. |
3. |
Remove rear door trim panel. |
4. |
Remove water deflector. |
5. |
Remove rear side door check link bolt.

Disconnect electrical connector, if
equipped. |

Support door before removing hinge
bolts (1) & (3), Fig. 1. |
8. |
With aid of an assistant, remove door. |
9. |
When replacing door it is required
to transfer all internal components. |

Installation

When replacing door it is required
to transfer all of internal components. |

With aid of assistant, support door
and carefully align hinges to hinge pillar. |
3. |
Install hinge to door frame bolts (1)
& (3), Fig. 1.Torqueto 26 ft. lbs. |
4. |
Connect electrical connector, if equipped. |
5. |
Install front side door check link
bolt (2). Torque to 15 ft. lbs. |
6. |
Install water deflector. |
7. |
Install front door trim panel. |
8. |
Connect battery ground cable. |
9. |
Enable Supplemental Inflatable Restraint
(SIR) system. |
