Removal
Replace only one hinge at a
time. Striker alignment is a crucial component of door latch operation.
Do not use door striker to adjust door to vehicle. Failure to properly adjust
striker can result in damage to door latch and striker. |

Remove hinge to hinge pillar bolts
(1) or (4), Fig. 1. |

Remove hinge to door frame bolts (2)
or (5). |
3. |
Remove hinge (3) or (6). |

Installation

Install hinge (3) or (6), Fig.

Install hinge to hinge pillar bolts
(1) or (4). Torque to 26 ft. lbs. |
3. |
Install hinge to door frame bolts (2)
or (5). Torque to 18 ft. lbs. |
4. |
Inspect door for proper alignment,
adjust as required. |
