Chevrolet Cobalt Service & Repair Manual: Front Fender

Removal

Apply tape along door and fascia edge to protect paint.
1. Raise and support vehicle.
2. Remove tire and wheel assembly.
3. Remove front fender liner as outlined in Front Fender Liner.
4. Remove front fender bolts (1), Fig. 1.
5. Remove front fender (2).

Installation

1. Install front fender (2), Fig. 1.
2. Install front fender bolts (1). Torque to 89 inch lbs.
3. Install front fender liner as outlined in Front Fender Liner.
4. Install tire and wheel assembly.
5. Lower vehicle.
